Schedule An Appointment

To schedule an appointment,  please call 419-447-3456 and choose option #3 on auto menu system.

Monday through Friday by appointment – 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

No applications will be taken on national holidays.

What to Bring

  • A valid government issued photo ID
  • EXACT cash or check made out to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office. We DO NOT ACCEPT credit cards.
  • Your BCI (BCI Reason Codes) and/or your FBI (FBI Reason Codes) code along with the mailing address of where the results are to be sent.

Civilian fingerprints will be taken in the Concealed Handgun Licensing office off of the Lobby.

Cost

  • BCI Webcheck:  $35.00
  • FBI Webcheck:  $38.00
  • BCI and FBI Webcheck:  $73.00

We accept Cash Only at this time for payment. Please have correct change with you. No change will be made.
